Reducing engine temperature will make more power through better thermal and volumetric efficiency. This 180° Thermostat is designed for all LT1 LT4 Camaros, Corvettes, and Full Size Trucks with 5.3L, & 6.2L engines. This new thermostat replaces the factory 195° unit, allowing coolant to circulate at lower engine temperatures.
