Products & Shipping

Shipments:

A shipment notification will be emailed once a shipping label has been created for the purchase. If you do not see the email in your Inbox, please check your Junk or Spam folders. We advise periodically checking your tracking information on the courier’s website for any shipping updates or delays, and for the estimated delivery date. Please contact us within a day’s time if the tracking shows delivered and you have not received the package, as we will need to contact the shipping company. We recommend accepting all packages, if there is an issue with the shipment, please contact us. Any product shipped back as a Return to Sender will be charged the applicable return shipping fees and be deducted from the product return.

Please ensure the shipping address provided on the order is accurate and complete. Include any apartment, building, or suite number where applicable. Speed Engineering is not responsible for any shipping issues due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information. The purchaser is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

Speed Engineering is not responsible for the theft of any packages from the property/delivery address. We advise selecting a safe a secure shipping address for receiving packages.

Shipping Damages/Missing Products:

If a package arrives with shipping damage, please inspect the purchase for any missing items, and the product for any damages. We must be contacted about any damages and/or missing products within 2 weeks/14 days from the delivery date. We do request photos of the package’s condition as it was received, of all the parts that were received, and of any damages to the product. We will not be responsible for any damages or missing product reported after the 2 weeks/14-day time frame.

Warranties:
We offer a 1 year manufacture warranty on all of our brand name products. For all other manufacture products sold, warranties would be directed to that specific manufacture.

Disclaimers:
- Speed Engineering is not liable for incorrect item purchases. The customer is responsible for choosing his or her individual items accurately prior to ordering.
- Speed Engineering is not liable for product picture presentation. Some pictures may not be exact, and are for representation purposes only.
- Vehicle categories are listed to help customers narrow down products. All products listed are not for every make, model, and year for that specific category. Some products fall under universal fitment within those those categories. 
- Speed Engineering reserves the right to refuse business to anyone.

Shipping:
We offer Flat Rate and Free Shipping. Our standard shipping rates are as stated: $0.00 - $100.00 = $10.00 / $100.01 - $250.00 = $12.00 / $250.01 - $500.00 = $15.00 / 500.01+ = Free Ground Shipping. Free shipping is also applied on miscellaneous products under 500.00 throughout the website. Those specific products will have a free shipping logo applied to the page. We require that all orders over 1000.00 must have the same billing and shipping addresses, or a confirmed PayPal address. Shipments requiring freight are not included in promotional rates. Rates are also only effective within the continental U.S. Alaska and Hawaii orders will usually see an additional shipping fee applied to their order. (Speed Engineering reserves to right to adjust shipping charges upon unique shipping conditions. Customer approval will be acquired before any additional charges are applied).

Products & Regulations:
Some products sold are for off-road use only. Every state has different smog laws. Please check with your states smog referee prior to ordering. Speed Engineering holds no liability for products requiring smog within the State of the customer purchasing his or her products. Speed Engineering does not sell non-emissions/non-smog compliant related products within the state of California. 



WARNING: It is illegal to install any aftermarket part that alters or modifies the original design or performance of the motor vehicle pollution control system unless the part is exempted or has an Executive Order issued by the California Air Resources Board (also commonly referred to as the "EO" number). Installation of parts which are not CARB approved on a pollution-controlled vehicle in the State of California may result in the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) revoking the vehicle registration and certificate of ownership (title), refusing the transfer of registration, and/or the vehicle failing smog inspection. Law enforcement may cite you for the use of an illegal aftermarket part and seize your title and license plate.
