Product Description:

Available now for the 2016+ CTS-V is our 3.8" Carbon fiber shaft with CV . We have done extensive testing with stock rears and believe this to be the most cost-effective and trouble-free driveshaft for the CTS available today. The shaft will come with our signature billet plates for each end so you don't have to go into the rear, taking a chance on upsetting the crush collar. Our shaft comes with a 300m stub system mounted into a billet aluminum plate to ensure not only strength but lighter weight than the normal way of doing this type of end (look closely at the CV end, it's not all steel). The shaft only weighs 18lbs and comes with special grade 12.9 uber strength hardware with back up lock nuts to ensure no loose bolts. We have been using this billet aluminum style plate for over 10 years on thousands of 1000+Hp Supras, BMWs and many more without any bolt issues. 1 year warranty.

1. Carbon fiber Driveshaft has a critical speed over 250mph
2. 300m Spline stub for ultimate strength
3. custom 108mm CV with full Chromoly internals
4. balanced on one of the most sophisticated machines in the industry
5. you need to make sure bond areas do not exceed 300 Degrees
6. Carbon fiber shaft will make the car smoother and quieter in the cabin

It has come to our attention that the 2016+ Cadillac CTS-V with the 8-speed automatic transmission can present clearance issues. These areas MUST be checked during installation of carbon or aluminum driveshafts:

1 – The center gas tank bolt must be removed.
2 – The gas tank insulation stickers must be removed.
3 – The exhaust heat shields must be removed from the driveshaft tunnel and the heat shield mounting studs must be ground flush with the tunnel.
4 – The transmission tunnel brace forward of the gas tank must be cut away to avoid contacting the driveshaft weights during hard cornering.
