Speed Engineering LS swap shorty headers are made out of 304 stainless steel and offer great quality, performance, and affordability. Our LS swap shorty headers are mandrel bent, tig welded, and feature natural stainless steel construction. All of our LS swap shorty headers have been dyno proven. We stand behind our LS swap shorty headers in saying you will not find a better fitting, quality built, budget header for your vehicle.
"Our LS swap shorty headers also have improved features over competitors. We utilize V-Band collector construction, merge spikes, port matched flanges, and improved header to block/chassis clearance".
Features include:
Note: "For LS series engine swaps only" These do not work on standard SBC or BBC.
Note: If using a larger 4L80E or older Turbo 350/400 transmission the bellhousing ears may need to be trimmed for proper clearance. Our headers are tucked in tight due to narrow older frame clearance.

Great fit and finish. Most importantly, these dudes rock when it comes to customer service! Can’t beat the price for these quality headers.
I Ls swapped a 90 f150. Was having a hard time finding headers to fit. This set was the key. So y’all can add ford truck to description as well! Great product
This is my second set of these LS swap S10 headers part number 25-1039. If you are swapping an S10 with a LS engine, stop wasting your time looking for headers that fit. Great product.!!!
With aluminum heads and SS headers (OEM cast steel), expansion still occurs causing the end bolts to snap off. To eliminate this completely, elongate the holes inward and outward. Best tool for this is a med-large Rat-Tail file before installation. Chuck in drill for the correct end to fit. A short piece of conduit, or a 4-5” length placed from the back-side-out in a welders glove. Sliding it in & out, but switching directions gives you complete control of material removal. A flat washers placed under the bolt with allow for movement, eliminating the lateral pressure on the fastener while keeping clamping pressure on the gasket. Problem fixed as I have been doing since the early 90’s. Hope this helps all, worry about one less thing.
